Periareolar Incision

Periareolar Incision

An incision made along the border of the areola surrounding the nipple.
The incision line is naturally hidden at the areola border, making scarring barely noticeable.
It's mainly used for minor reductions or when nipple/areola correction is also needed.

Vertical Incision

Vertical Incision

A vertical incision made from below the areola down to the breast crease.
Effective for moderate-to-significant breast reduction or sagging correction.
It provides better tissue access than periareolar incision and can also offer a breast lift effect.

Anchor Incision

Anchor (Inverted-T) Incision

Allows the widest range of incision,
combining an incision around the areola, a vertical line, and along the breast crease.
Used for heavy breasts or significant skin sagging, and is
the most effective method for reshaping and lifting the breast.

Liposuction for Breast Reduction

Liposuction

Selectively removes only the fat layer of the breast without any incision.
Applied when there isn't much glandular tissue and the fat ratio is high.
