    Swelling, mild redness, or bruising may occur after treatment and usually subsides naturally.

    For about one week after treatment, avoid steam rooms, saunas, strenuous exercise that causes heavy sweating, alcohol, and smoking.

    Depending on the nature of the treatment, bruising or swelling may last for approximately 7 days.
